Enterprise software / Web systems / AI automation

The work is complex.
Your systems shouldn't be.

We build written-request workflows, practical AI assistants and connected business tools — with clear ownership, human review and measurable acceptance criteria.

The thinking behind the work

Good technology should make business easier to run.

Most operational problems are not caused by a lack of tools. They happen between the tools: when someone has to move information by hand, chase an approval or work out which version of a record is correct.

We look at the process first. Then we decide what needs to be connected, improved or built from scratch.

Evidence you can try

Not a testimonial. A working example.

Explore the thinking in the browser before commissioning a system. These are transparent, synthetic demonstrations — not claims of past client results or ready-made AI products.

Both examples run locally in your browser. No personal information, model calls, emails or external business systems are involved.

A focused starting point

Three ways to define useful work.

No invented package prices or guaranteed savings. Each engagement starts with a clear problem, stated deliverables and an agreed acceptance process.

01 / DISCOVERY

Workflow opportunity review

Map one process, identify hand-offs, access constraints and risks, and agree what a sensible pilot would test.

Discuss a review
02 / IMPLEMENTATION

One-workflow pilot

Scope a controlled first release with named owners, integrations where suitable, failure paths, acceptance checks and handover notes.

Scope a pilot
03 / EVALUATION

AI answer quality review

Define test questions, approved sources, a review rubric, failure categories and a prioritised improvement plan.

A more practical way to automate

Less time moving information. More time using it.

When systems do not speak to one another, employees become the connection. It is slow, difficult to audit and easy to get wrong.

We help identify the repeated steps worth removing while keeping people responsible for the decisions that matter.

A useful question

What is repetitive work costing you in time?

Small tasks become substantial when they are repeated across a team. Adjust the numbers to get a rough sense of the hours involved.

This is a workload estimate, not a forecast of savings or a guarantee that a task can be automated.

For project sponsors and procurement teams

You should know what you're commissioning.

Every project has trade-offs. A useful proposal explains the problem, the scope, dependencies, what needs testing and how the result will be handed over.

If your team is comparing suppliers, we have a structured project request covering requirements, systems, budgets and the buying process.

Before we begin

The questions are worth asking.

Responsible software decisions start with clarity about what is needed — and what is not.

Do we need a full software replacement?

Usually not. We start by understanding the systems you already use. A focused integration or smaller application may solve the immediate problem without disturbing the rest of the business.

What happens after we send an enquiry?

We review the outline, look at the systems and constraints involved, and determine whether there is a sensible way to proceed. You do not need a detailed technical specification to start.

Does every automation project use AI?

No. Clear rules are often more reliable than machine learning. We consider AI when it has a specific job to do and can be reviewed or corrected where necessary.

Can our procurement team send a formal project request?

Yes. Our structured project form asks about the business requirement, existing systems, intended outcome and stage of the buying process. Sensitive documentation can be discussed through an agreed secure channel later.

Start a conversation

Let's make the work easier.

Tell us what is happening today and what needs to change. A clear business problem is a better starting point than a lengthy specification.
